Yes I Can Sales Leader Training is a one day, highly interactive experience for rising to advanced sales leaders who need to improve their consistency of performance and average sales per selling event. The 6 Skills of Selling are reviewed in depth.
On-Purpose @Work is a one-day hands-on program that grounds more technical or production people in basic business principles needed to succeed at leading teams, divisions, or companies. OP@W is especially helpful for individuals with a personal P&L responsibility such as commissioned sales people, small business owners, and independent professionals.
